Teams from outside of Canada are subject to an additional $100 Cdn. fee for tournaments. All tournament fees are payable by Canadian Dollar money order. Canadian teams from outside of BC are subject to an additional $50 Cdn. fee.
Withdrawal from any tournament will result in a $100 admin fee to be deducted from the registration fee, if the vacant position is filled. If the vacant position is not filled, no refund will be given. Withdrawal from any tournament during the tournament weekend without just cause determined by SOMHA will result in a fine based on the entry fee for that tournament.
